When Mom’s in the hospital and Dad says she’s ‘done something stupid’, there’s not much a seven-year-old can do. Over 80 minutes, our narrator and the audience find a way for a young boy to make sense of everything while trying to help the most important person see all the reasons to be happy. Together, the list is born. Every Brilliant Thing is a funny, uplifting, and honest reflection on what it means to be human and the lengths to which we will go for those we love. Based on true and untrue stories, Duncan MacMillan’s one-man show is not to be missed and features Ellis Stephens under the direction of Tammy Rice, produced in cooperation with Dramatist Play Service.

SPECIAL TICKETING NOTE FOR EVERY BRILLIANT THING: This show is performed on a “thrust” stage, meaning audience members surround the performance. Limited seating is available on stage for this show for the same ticket price as general audience seating.
Evening Shows - 7 P.M. Sunday Matinee - 2 P.M. - Run times vary.
For all DLT productions, the house will open 30 minutes before the published start time of the show.
Group tickets are available to groups of 10 or more at the price of $10/ticket. To reserve group tickets, call DLT at 706-226-6618, leave your name, phone number, and how many seats you’d like to reserve. When we return your call to confirm, payment will be expected in advance. You may claim your seats at the theatre box office the night of the chosen performance. Group ticket pricing is available at the door (as well) for groups of 10 or more—-IF seats are available at that show. Reservations are advised.
